Alternate Download Method

This procedure is used to manually download the Diagnostic and Repair Utility communications client 
 

• Start downloading PCClient.exe by clicking HERE.
• When the File Download menu appears as shown below, click the button labeled: Run this program from its current location.

• The Install Shield Wizard will appear. When prompted, click the Next button.
• The License Agreement screen will appear next. Click the Yes button if you agree to the terms and conditions of using the MIS Support product.
• The Customer Information screen appears next. This is default information and is not essential to the PC Client's operation. Click the Next button.
• You will be prompted to Choose Destination Location. Do not change the default location. Click Next.
• The next prompt is for the Setup Type. Do not change the default. Click Next.
• The Start Copying Files screen appears next. There are no settings to review, so click Next to continue.
• Install Shield will install the PC Client at this point. Click the Finish button when the Install Shield Wizard completes.
• The PC Client will run automatically at this point, and request your subscription information.
